Clover Niagara Pant provide 100% waterproofing at an extremely cheap and affordable cost. In the event that it starts to rain (or gets cold), simply pull over on the side of the road and take out this pant from its carry pouch and place over the top of whatever (jeans, shorts, leather pants, etc…) it is that you are wearing.
